    To provide better security in e-Banking Services, customers are required to use two-factor authentication for identity verification when conducting "Designated Transactions"* through Internet or Mobile Banking. Besides, in order to ensure continued transactions, agreement to receive specified transaction notification# will be required. You can now enjoy safe and reliable Internet and mobile Banking anywhere and anytime you like.

    Two-factor Authentication for better security
    Two-factor Authentication uses a combination of two different factors, including "the information you know" and "the authentication tools you have", for verifying a user's identity. Your Internet Banking No./user name and password which you use to login Internet Banking are "the information you know". If you need to conduct designated transactions, you are required to make use of "the authentication tools you have" for further verification.

    The best choice for Two-factor Authentication
    Security device or Mobile Token are used as the Two-factor Authentication tool for your online designated transactions. A one-time password via mobile phone text message (SMS) is also required as part of the two-factor authentication for "Designated Investment Transactions".
