The Branch was set up on 2 February 1983. Situated in the financial district of San Francisco, the Branch business focuses mainly on import and export financing, commercial lending, syndicated loans, as well as accepting deposits with limitation.

We organize or participate in large-scale syndicated loans and project financing.
