Place, change and cancel stock orders, enquiry on the transaction status of securities account(s), as well as currency exchange (including cross-exchange for foreign currency), precious metal trading and precious metal/FX margin trading.

Banking Services
Fund transfer between NCB accounts with the same account name and with third party accounts, credit card payment, bill payment by accounts or credit cards, account balance enquiry and last ten transaction records.

Credit Card Services
Cash Before Card and Cash Instalment.

Financial Information
HK Indices, real-time or delayed stock quote, foreign currency exchange rates and precious metal prices.

Customer Services
Change password and email address.

Remarks:Securities service is applicable to personal customers (including joint-name account) who maintain securities account but not applicable to securities margin account and mortgaged account) and Internet banking account with Nanyang Commercial Bank, Ltd ("NCB"). If customers do not have an Internet banking account but wish to enjoy the new Mobile Banking services, please visit any of our branches for registration.

1. Our Mobile Banking is available to all telecommunications service providers. You could use the service as long as your handset can access the Internet. However, you are advised to study the data roaming charges imposed by the service providers.

2. The above information does not constitute a recommendation, representation or warranty of any handset model. The differences in system settings, handset capacity or other factors of different types of handsets may lead to different display quality and affect the use of Mobile Banking service.

3. For newly released mobile handsets, as the Bank is not able to recognize the models, they may not be able to access to our Mobile Banking website even they run on the above-mentioned operating systems.
